Follow AdBuyer.com's easy setup process to create new display campaigns. You may also want to read Getting the Most Out of Your Display Campaigns to ensure that your new campaign is positioned for success.
If you are creating an account for the first time you will provide contact information and choose a username and password. You will then be asked to tell us about your marketing goals. You can select either a CPA value for your goal or a Return on Ad Spend Value. We will use your Goal (and your tracking pixel) to optimize your campaign.
If you are an existing user, you should create a new goal if your new campaign is a different offer type or has a different CPA goal. If you would like to add a campaign to an existing goal, you can click add next to display campaigns on the tree structure on the left side of the dashboard.
CAMPAIGN SET-UP STEPS
STEP 1. TARGET AUDIENCE: You will provide geographic and language targeting in this step.
STEP 2. CAMPAIGN SETTINGS: In this step you can either select Audience Scores targeting or Ad Exchange settings.
If you select Ad Exchange settings, you can select which exchange you'd like to run on -- Right Media or DoubleClick AdX. If you select Right Media, you will then be asked to select which ad networks and channels you'd like your campaign to run on. In the last step, you can select a retargeting campaign, or either demographic or behavioral targeting. Please note that only 10% of sites on the exchanges have demographic data so this will limit delivery and may require a higher price.
If you select DoubleClick AdX, you can select from a variety of contextual categories. We will be adding more targeting options soon.
STEP 3: CAMPAIGN BUDGET & PRICING: In this step you will indicate your daily budget, the dCPM price you are willing to pay, your campaign start and end dates, and your frequency cap.
STEP 4: ADD CREATIVE: In this final step you can either upload creative or use our AdBuilder to customize one of our 100+ templates. Some important things to keep in mind when uploading your creative:
- Max 40kB file size
- We accept .png, .jpg,.swf and .gif files
- We support the following ad sizes: 120x600, 160x600, 300x250, 468x60, 728x90
- You may want to review Yahoo creative guidelines as they have the most rigorous creative approval process. You should also view Right Media's Prohibited Content Policy.
- We are awaiting concise DoubleClick AdX creative guidelines but as a rough guideline, please refer to the Yahoo creative guidelines.
Once you've completed these simple steps, your creative will be reviewed for compliance. Once your creative is approved, your campaign will go live. The approval process can take up to 24 hours.
You can pause your campaign or make changes to your settings at any time from the AdBuyer.com dashboard.
